Returns Illustrate

Doesn't Fit? Don't love the design anymore? Doesn't Fit? Wrong item? Don't worry, things happen - and we will fix it :P

Our shirts and products were created to make you a happy customer, that being said, follow the easy steps below and help us make you happy :)

Please understand, requests have to be made within 30 days of purchase and all items must be in unworn and unwashed condition to be eligible for return/exchange. Additionally, tees with pet hair are not eligible for refund or exchange, so please be mindful of your cute and furry friend getting cuddly with your tees.  

Unfortunately returns are not accepted on clearance or items marked down so crazy low to the point of no return. 

The steps (they don't count towards your step fit-bit or watch steps goal) to make an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number:

  1. Log On to Your Account, in your accounts page click on Order History And Details.

  2. Find the Order with the product you wish to return, click the Plus sign and then Details.

  3. Scroll down the page to the Product in your order and check the item you wish to return.

  4. In the Merchandise Return section click on Make an RMA Slip.

  5. In the next page select the number of parts you wish to return and give an explanation for the return and click Make an RMA slip. Please let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. If exchange, please specify which shirt and/or size.

  6. You can check the status of your return by logging in to your account and clicking on My Merchandise Returns.

  7. Once the request is accepted your status will change to Waiting for package, at this time please ship the package to us within 10 days.

Please give us up to 24 to 48 hrs to review you RMA request.

Once we review the request we will update the status of your Merchandise Return in your account. 

Remember to write your RMA# on the "Attention" line and include the RMA Slip. We would not be able to help make you happy with out it.
